Forrest Brook swimming pool and hot tub in Mandeville
Here is a pool started in November of 2015. It has a travertine pool deck set on a limestone base. The raised spa has a natural tile on the outside with a custom glass tile insert in between the natural tile. The front of the spa doesn’t have a traditional small spill over but have a real stone facial with the overflow over the whole facial. The pool also features a detached fire pit and travertine paver surrounding for the hardscape. The plaster is white on both the pool and the hot tub. The pool features a suntan ledge and 3 bubblers. The pool is a chlorine pool and the pump is an energy efficient variable speed pump. The heater is a Pentair 400,000 BTU gas heater. Lastly the pool and spa has colored LED lighting. The owner planted 3 mule palms and 2 windmill palms. Also, there are banana trees and bamboo planted for privacy in your traditional neighborhood yard. The job turned out beautiful.
