Lake Vista swimming pool remodel
Here is a job we finished in July 2017. It was an old leaking pool that wasn’t very functional. First, we removed the old cracking/sinking concrete deck and diving board. We then added a second skimmer to the pool and replaced the other skimmer. We replumbed the pool with new returns and added a Polaris pool cleaner line. We also removed the old white halogen light and upgraded to two LED colored lights. We also added a large “L” shaped bench to the deep end and made the entrance steps larger. We also added a 20″ raised stone wall with two end columns. In the wall we installed a 4′ waterfall. Then we poured a new concrete sub-deck and added a new french drain. The coping was a precast 12″x48″ 2.75″ thick man made coping and we mortar set 18″x18″ man made white pavers with cement grout joints. The pool also featured glass tile and the plaster was white.
