Midcity New Orleans swimming pool
Here is our swimming pool located in mid city New Orleans. This Midcity New Orleans swimming pool consists of an automatic pool cover on tracks, a raised brick wall with spitters, brick coping, silver travertine french pattern pavers with brick edging, chlorine with UV sanitation, a heat pump and cool system. The pool is rectangular in shape and will have a bench on one end and the steps on the other end. This Midcity New Orleans swimming pool tile and a cobalt blue color. The brick on the coping and the raised wall were salvaged from the homeowner’s backyard during demo of concrete and brick area where the pool was to be placed. The silver travertine french pattern pavers were outlined in the brick also, to tie in the decking with the pool. The owner had 6″ drainage ran from the rear yard to the street. The cover is open and closed by a open/close switch by the back door. The switch has a lock on it that only opens with a key, this is done for safety reasons. The cover will keep the pool temperature warmer but will also prevent evaporation when the cover is closed. Also, the cover will keep grass clippings and leaves out of the pool when the cover is closed. The cover has a motor that opens and closes it and the process takes about 30 seconds to open all the way or close it all the way.
